Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational finance functions including billing and collections

• Ensure timely statutory financial reporting and audits

• Coordinate month-end close and variance analysis

• Mentor and motivate finance team while setting clear objectives

• Develop strategic reporting and process improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years in finance with a CPA designation

• Experience in SaaS or technology sectors

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with finance software

• Multi-jurisdictional exposure is a plus

• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
