Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement funding strategies for growth

• Develop policies for mortgage capital management

• Allocate CMB and MBS effectively among investors

• Track market spreads and adjust execution strategies

• Oversee hedging activities and investor relations

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial institutions

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• CFA or advanced degree is an asset

• High-level analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
