Join Central 1 as an Implementation Specialist focused on payments, driving significant client solutions. Enjoy a hybrid work model while collaborating closely with clients to implement effective online banking strategies.
In this role, you will work directly with clients from inception to launch, ensuring project success through effective communication and management. Your solid foundation in payment systems and financial services is crucial for this six-month temporary position located in the Greater Toronto Area or Lower Mainland, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client implementation projects from start to finish
• Lead requirements discovery and documentation
• Manage risk and ensure timely service delivery
• Conduct deployment and user acceptance testing
• Assist in post-launch and project closure activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Over 5 years of experience in financial services
• 3+ years in consulting or project management
• Proficient in project management methodologies
• Strong client relationship-building skills
