Become a key player at Smart & Biggar as the Accounts Receivable Team Lead. This role focuses on team support, payment processing, and ensuring compliance in our finance operations.

Smart & Biggar is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Team Lead to support our finance team’s daily functions. With a strong background in financial processes and team mentoring, you'll oversee payment activities and enhance compliance in trust management. This position is vital for maintaining operational efficiency within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post all payments from clients

• Liaise with clients about payment information

• Review and ensure compliance in trust operations

• Analyze write-off requests and refund submissions

• Collaborate on process improvements with management

Requirements:

• Accounting or finance degree/diploma required

• Over 5 years of experience in finance or receivables

• Proven ability to mentor and guide team members

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables

• Strong organizational skills in a high-volume setting
