Become a pivotal part of BMO’s Client Services team as a Client Service Advisor in Toronto, Ontario, specializing in payment solutions. This role is crucial for supporting treasury and operational inquiries.
You will provide vital support for complex cross-border payment dynamics, leveraging your expertise to ensure accurate and timely service for institutional clients. Collaborating effectively with various internal teams, your focus will be on resolving payment exceptions and enhancing client service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary support for treasury-related inquiries
• Address servicing needs for cross-border transactions
• Collaborate with Capital Markets and Treasury teams
• Resolve operational issues and escalations
• Track client service metrics for improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Treasury Services or Payments
• Understanding of cash management workflows
• Proven experience with institutional clients
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation skills
• Capable of handling complex servicing models
