We are looking for a driven individual with a Bachelor’s degree and over four years in middle office operations or trade support. Your expertise will support trade capture accuracy, facilitate audits and regulatory reviews, and improve operational scalability. Partnering effectively with internal and external teams will be essential for managing trade discrepancies and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance middle office operations
• Partner for NAV and P&L Reviews
• Ensure timely settlement and trade lifecycle monitoring
• Implement frameworks for mitigating operational risks
• Monitor key risk indicators and report metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; CFA or advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years in operations within financial institutions
• Strong grasp of equity and derivatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
