You'll lead strategic initiatives and enhance administrative practices within pension management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance on governance of pension plans

• Engage stakeholders to resolve pension-related issues

• Conduct risk assessments to safeguard beneficiary benefits

• Analyze asset transfers and prepare compliance reports

• Spearhead strategic initiatives and peer mentoring

Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, or actuarial science

• 7–10 years in the pension industry

• Solid knowledge of pension risks and management

• Experience in distress oversight and resolution

• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
