Pier 4 is expanding its portfolio of multi-family real estate assets and seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Associate. You'll report to the Manager of Finance and collaborate closely with Property Accountants and vendors. A strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting best practices is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and record invoices with property authorization

• Set up utilities and vendors on payment plans

• Schedule timely payments to avoid late fees

• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy

• Communicate effectively with teams and vendors

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of Yardi preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
