With over 10 years of experience in institutional retirement plans, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of group retirement clients. Your expertise in investment consulting and regulatory compliance will be key to delivering exceptional service and solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to business development initiatives while shaping effective strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting for group retirement clients’ needs

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Prepare insightful reports on investment and plan performance

• Provide guidance on plan design and compliance

• Manage RFP and vendor selection processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in retirement plan consulting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• Professional designations preferred (CFA, CFP, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of Canadian pension laws and CAPs

• Bilingual in French is an asset
