The Financial Analyst is a crucial role that partners with Store Design teams, ensuring financial accuracy and facilitating decision-making through actionable insights. Candidates with 3-6 years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of financial controls will thrive. Excellent communication skills are important, as you will work with multiple stakeholders to track financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in annual operating budget and marketing budget processes
• Manage financial processes at month-end, ensuring compliance
• Produce spend reports that provide clear visibility into budget
• Track dealer credits and ensure proper financial allocations
• Support audits and validate financial transactions documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 3-6 years of financial analysis experience
• CPA designation or in progress
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accruals
• Advanced Excel skills; financial systems experience an asset
