This role is focused on understanding Members' needs and delivering tailored advice, including opening new accounts and offering credit solutions. Building trust and fostering relationships are key, along with accurate transaction management. Your involvement in branch strategies and continuous improvement initiatives will also enhance our commitment to Member-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential transactional services for Members

• Execute advisory sales like credit and deposit products

• Ensure accuracy in transaction management

• Cultivate Member relationships and promote cross-selling

• Engage Members through virtual technology platforms

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen in financial services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends

• Previous experience in a related sales environment is preferred
