Become a key player in Timbercreek's Global Debt Investments team as a Debt Investment Analyst in a hybrid environment. Engage in comprehensive deal evaluations, asset management, and financial modeling.
Timbercreek is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst to contribute to its rapidly growing Debt Investments team. You will work closely with seasoned professionals on mortgage investments, financial analysis, and ongoing management of performing assets. This role demands an analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate new mortgage investment opportunities in commercial real estate
• Prepare detailed underwriting and financial models with senior management
• Conduct essential market research to support investment assumptions
• Communicate with clients and industry professionals for validation
• Identify risks and provide insightful feedback to the Investment team
Requirements:
• Up to 4 years of experience in Real Estate or Structured Finance
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Knowledge of commercial real estate sector is an asset
• Minimum undergraduate degree in Finance or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
