Position: Experienced Financial Analyst for Retail FP&A

With a minimum of 5 years in FP&A and a robust finance background, this role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts. You will lead financial reforecasting and ensure accurate financial plans for the Retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end variance analysis to provide insights

• Support budget setting and quarterly shop forecasts

• Assist in ad-hoc projects requiring financial analysis

• Collaborate with BI for reporting enhancements

• Train and guide junior FP&A team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of FP&A and finance experience

• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting

• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools
