Position: Experienced Financial Administrator Role
Dawn Info Tek Inc. is on the lookout for an Experienced Financial Administrator to streamline our accounting functions and improve financial management processes. Proficiency in Quick Books is critical.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience, emphasizing accuracy in tracking financial transactions and preparing payroll and vendor payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized vendor documentation and conducting reconciliations monthly. With a strong background in finance, you should apply your advanced MS Excel skills to handle various financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices using Quick Books

• Monitor and manage accounting payables and receivables

• Execute employee payroll preparations and vendor payments

• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations regularly

• Generate comprehensive financial reports on a routine basis

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

• Advanced skills in Quick Books and MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

• Effective communication skills in English;
Mandarin is an asset

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
