Position: CIBC Financial Services Representative
Empower clients at CIBC as a Financial Services Representative in Toronto-Gerrard Square. Build relationships, understand financial goals, and deliver tailored banking solutions.

In this role within Personal and Business Banking, you’ll engage clients in various banking centres. Your focus will be on personalized client service and financial advice, leveraging your knowledge in cash management, credit, and investments. Flexibility is key, as you may travel between banking centres to enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to discuss personal and business priorities

• Advise on financial solutions and create plans

• Engage in marketing activities to build client relationships

• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications

• Collaborate with colleagues to connect clients with opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in client relations

• Current Mutual Funds License or equivalent accreditation

• Demonstrated sales achievements in financial products

• Strong understanding of technology in banking

• Goal-oriented with excellent critical thinking skills
