Position: Opendoor Financial Director - FP&A

As the Director of FP&A for Operations at Opendoor, you will partner with senior teams while managing P&L responsibilities. Your expertise in finance, particularly in high-adaptive organizations, will help in modeling capacity and unit economics, with a focus on actionable financial insights. Your work will include implementing AI-driven automation for improved reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial engineering to support Operations functions

• Manage and analyze the Operations P&L, conducting BvA assessments

• Construct and revise operational capacity models as needed

• Produce clear narratives connecting finance and operational metrics

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and auditing processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with FP&A focus

• Advanced SQL and data warehousing experience (Snowflake)

• Proven skills in driver-based modeling and variance analysis

• Familiarity with finance process scaling in tech environments

• Strong communication and judgment skills in decision-making
