In this pivotal role, you will manage accounting operations for ABC, focusing on compliance, auditing, and financial reporting for over 300 entities associated with Microsoft/ABK. Your primary duties will involve the preparation and governance of financial documentation, ensuring adherence to local and US GAAP regulations, as well as supporting internal audits. Collaborating with external tax consultants will be crucial to maintaining compliance and optimizing tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance for vendor teams executing accounting operations

• Ensure timely and compliant financial report preparation

• Oversee preparation for income tax and VAT filing

• Actively monitor KPIs and compliance metrics

• Implement process improvement initiatives and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years’ experience

• or Master’s with 1+ year’s experience

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
