Key Responsibilities:

• Identify best practices in service performance

• Coordinate client outreach and marketing materials

• Compile data for client meetings and annual evaluations

• Manage client inquiries and complaints effectively

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or investments

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent qualifications

• Completion of Canadian Security Course is a plus

• Strong teamwork and analytical skills

• Relevant investment industry licensing
