The Role

The purpose of this posting is to engage potential candidates who may be considered for future employment as we continue to grow. As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will support the evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities and strategic corporate initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to build financial models, support due diligence, and prepare materials for executive and Board‑level discussions.

This role sits at the centre of our growth engines supporting M&A activity, pipeline management, and strategic analysis that directly informs enterprise decision‑making. If you are a highly analytical, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced, deal‑driven environments, this role offers exposure to high‑impact strategic work in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate acquisition and strategic growth opportunities
  • Support due diligence processes including data gathering, validation, and documentation
  • Assist in maintaining and tracking the corporate development pipeline and reporting updates
  • Build and refine financial models to support valuation and investment decisions
  • Prepare executive and Board‑level presentations and supporting materials
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Integration teams
  • Support acquisition execution activities and post‑transaction integration planning
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all financial and analytical deliverables
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support to senior leadership as required
What You Bring Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Internship or co‑op experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or deal advisory considered toward relevant experience
  • Strong exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and/or transaction support
  • Experience supporting due diligence, research, or deal execution is an asset
  • Pursuing or completion of CFA, CPA, or CBV considered an asset
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentation development
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach
  • French language skills considered an asset
