This Associate position within the Alternative Fund Services group involves maintaining accurate books and records for various Private Equity funds.
Your role will include preparing financial reports and capital call calculations while ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential for liaising with clients and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update accounting records for Private Equity funds
• Review and prepare financial reports, including investor allocations
• Calculate and manage capital call and distribution notices
• Oversee quarterly reporting and capital notice releases
• Collaborate with management on client expectations and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years in an accounting role at a PE or fund administrator
• Familiarity with US GAAP and fund structures
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
