Hedge Associate

As a Hedge Associate, you will manage and execute derivatives, reconcile trading positions, and distribute trades effectively. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure as you support treasury operations and fund transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute commodity and currency hedging transactions

• Reconcile trading positions and trader performance reports

• Distribute entries of trades efficiently

• Coordinate and manage cash settlements of foreign exchange trades

• Produce cash management and borrowing base reports as needed

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant designation in business or economics

• Strong organizational and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Enrollment or completion in applicable financial programs

• Attention to detail in data analysis
