In this role with CGIC, a leader in Canadian financial services, you will be key to the Auto & Home Pricing team. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring portfolio performance, conducting in-depth analyses, and collaborating with partners to drive profitability. Applying innovative methodologies, you will document your insights clearly while fostering team development through training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create tools for effective portfolio performance monitoring
• Analyze results to extract meaningful trends
• Coach team members in best practices
• Lead projects of various sizes successfully
• Collaborate on profitability analysis effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in P&C actuarial or related areas
• Degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science
• Skilled in actuarial methodologies and database management
• Actively pursuing ACAS or FCAS designation preferred
• English proficiency; knowledge of French is beneficial
