In this role, you'll work under the guidance of the Associate Director while using your 5-7 years of experience in financial services. You will analyze key portfolio statistics and oversee compliance with loan terms, leading successful communication with borrowers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure commitments are met for mortgage portfolios
• Analyze financial statements and market reports
• Conduct independent analyses on property changes
• Collaborate across departments to meet service standards
• Handle high-volume workloads with time management skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar
• 5-7 years of relevant mortgage experience
• Familiarity with commercial lending processes
• Strong mentorship capabilities
• Bilingual candidates preferred (English & French)
