Met Cap Living Management Inc. is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor at our Downtown Toronto office. This fully in-office role involves leading the accounts payable function and managing operational compliance.
In this leadership role, you will oversee a skilled accounts payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to uphold compliance with policies and preparing analytical reports. A sound knowledge of accounts payable processes and strong Excel skills are crucial for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and support accounts payable staff
• Ensure the accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and resolve any issues
• Prepare and analyze reports regarding accounts payable
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable expertise
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity required
• Knowledge of Excel, Yardi, or similar systems is preferred
• Must have experience with wire payments and online banking
• Strong communication and analytical skills needed
