Key Responsibilities
o Maintain and update contractual data within accounting and underwriting systems
o Accurately enter and validate Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and flag discrepancies
o Process accounts, claim advice, and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
o Manage cash flow activities including payments, balances, and account setup
o Perform internal control checks (ICS) and support compliance requirements
o Monitor account performance and generate reports and data analysis
o Ensure proper documentation and record management within internal systems
o Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams on daily operations
o Support audit requirements and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Must-Have Requirements
o Experience in insurance/reinsurance accounting, underwriting support, or controlling
o Strong Excel skills (including Power Query)
o Solid understanding of financial processes, accounts, and cash flow management
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have
o
Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau
o Exposure to insurance/reinsurance systems and processes
o Knowledge of compliance, sanctions, or regulatory requirements
Education
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably in business, finance, or insurance-related field)
