Senior Accountant

The Company
Our client, a boutique law firm company is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. They're looking for someone that would be ready to move into a managerial position within the year or two.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance this role will be a position overseeing the entire Accounting and Finance department. They will be responsible for managing the day to day operational/transactional accounting, supporting the Director of Finance with the annual budgeting processes, along with active involvement in opportunities to scale production, lead ERP implementation reduce costs and build out external relationship.

The Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Final stages of CPA or CPA designated
• A very smart analytical, and business-minded person not afraid to be hands-on
• Experience working in the legal or financial service space is a huge asset
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
