Position: Bilingual Collections Coordinator Role

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio proactively

• Investigate delinquent accounts and resolve payment issues

• Prepare monthly KPI and ad hoc reports

• Perform account reconciliations and process write-offs

• Identify accounts needing escalation or service suspension

Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B collections experience

• High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
