In the Credit Risk Management team, you'll manage credit exceptions, oversee quality assurance, and drive policy governance. Your efforts are critical in ensuring IGM maintains high standards of regulatory compliance while improving lending methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement updates to lending policies

• Analyze complex credit files and handle escalations

• Develop training materials on regulatory changes

• Track quality assurance findings and suggest improvements

• Communicate essential policy changes to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Requires 5+ years in the mortgage sector

• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance

• Preferred: relevant university degree

• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

• Bilingual (English-French) preferred
