Reporting to the President, as Vice President, Finance and Administration, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing financial strategies for XTL, a leader in transportation and logistics. Your focus will be on financial management, risk governance, and empowering high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage all aspects of budgeting, reporting, and audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Establish strong internal controls and governance frameworks
• Drive process improvements and enhance system efficiencies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Preferred CPA or equivalent accounting designation
• At least 10 years of finance leadership experience
• Experience in a growth-oriented private company
• In-depth understanding of financial reporting and compliance
