Lead Senior Accountant in Finance

Join a growing team as a Lead Senior Accountant, responsible for overseeing critical accounting functions and reporting to the Director of Finance. Utilize Quick Books for accurate financial tracking and analysis.

In this full-time position, you will oversee all accounting procedures, ensuring standards are upheld. Your proficiency in Quick Books will enable you to prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and produce detailed monthly financial statements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you contribute to budgeting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses

• Monitor inventory and COGS monthly

• Produce monthly inventory control reports

• Maintain subsidiary accounts and reconcile transactions

• Summarize financial status with balance sheets and P&L

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience

• 1 year in manufacturing with inventory management

• Proficient in Quick Books Online and Excel

• BSc or BComm in Accounting or related field

• CPA designation or pursuing is an asset
