As a member of the Investment & Retirement Solutions team, you’ll report to the Associate Manager and engage with customers who are retired or close to retirement. This role demands strong communication and analytical skills, focusing on delivering tailored investment and retirement options while fostering proactive relationships. You’ll analyze members’ financial situations, conduct consultations, and maintain a collaborative approach to support their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver superb customer experience in every engagement
• Proactively reach out to retiring and terminated members
• Assist members with retirement income transitions
• Conduct individual consultations virtually or in person
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in retirement products
• Must hold an active LLQP life license
• CFP or PFP designation is advantageous
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
Your skills in customer service and financial planning will help Canada Life clients achieve their retirement goals.
