At CIBC, we’re looking for a Client Services Associate to support institutional clients with due diligence and reporting needs. This temporary role demands knowledge in capital markets, client data management, and the ability to manage urgent priorities effectively. You will ensure seamless onboarding experiences while overseeing analysts and maintaining compliance with AML/KYC and Dodd-Frank regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and risk review processes
• Act as escalation point for client and internal queries
• Coach and support analysts in execution of tasks
• Maintain knowledge of capital markets products and services
• Ensure compliance with audit and quality requirements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in Quality Assurance or Control, preferably in AML/KYC
• Proficient in Capital Markets and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
