As a part-time Business Officer, you will report to the CANSSI ON Director, taking charge of financial oversight and complex budget management. This role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and providing support to stakeholders with expense reimbursements and other transactions. Your insight will support strategic decision-making at the university.
Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast and plan complex operational budgets
• Make recommendations on multi-source budget allocations
• Analyze and report on financial activity
• Administer procurement and contracting processes
• Serve as a financial liaison for inquiries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Advanced skills in financial management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
