Position: Project-Focused Senior Accountant Role
Take on the role of Senior Accountant with a specialized focus on project management and financial oversight. Work with the Controller while ensuring compliance and effective financial management.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of bookkeeping experience, alongside an accounting degree and CPA designation. Responsibilities include managing vendor payments and overseeing project finances, conducting financial analyses, and maintaining confidentiality of financial records. You will also need to analyze and fix any financial discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with the Controller for fiscal management

• Prepare and manage vendor bills and payments accurately

• Supervise project finances while performing financial analyses

• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive financial records

• Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial data

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant bookkeeping experience

• Accounting degree or diploma is required

• CPA designation is essential for this position

• Proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of integrity
