Vice President - M&A and Capital Raises

Join our team as a Vice President in Investment Banking focusing on Diversified Industries. Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital offerings, and client relationship management.

As a Vice President, you’ll collaborate with corporate clients and financial institutions while spearheading transaction processes across various banking products.

Your role will involve detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and mentoring junior team members to drive successful outcomes and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A initiatives

• Support equity and debt capital raise transactions

• Analyze comprehensive financial information and conduct due diligence

• Create pitch materials presenting capital structure alternatives

• Mentor analysts and associates throughout their projects

Requirements:

• At least three years of investment banking experience post-MBA

• Strong communication skills with ability to defend ideas

• Highly analytical with extensive Excel modeling experience

• Proven adaptability in high-pressure environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required
