Elevate your finance career with Cineplex as a Senior Financial Analyst based in Toronto. This hybrid role emphasizes financial reporting, planning, and automation across finance functions.
As a member of the Media finance team, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Finance, contributing to financial reporting and strategic analysis. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements, ensuring a broad exposure to various finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports with actionable insights
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities
• Improve and maintain budget and forecast models
• Process essential financial transactions and audit documents
• Collaborate on AR and ad hoc financial analysis
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
• CPA or CFA candidate or in program
• 3-5 years finance analyst experience required
• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
