Position: Income Tax Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Income Tax Manager to oversee tax accounting and manage compliance responsibilities. Key functions include preparing tax returns, leading audits, and driving tax-planning initiatives. You will improve processes in partnership with Finance while mentoring a knowledgeable team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee income tax returns and compliance audits

• Manage tax accounting and financial reporting

• Lead shareholder disclosures and capital analyses

• Collaborate with Finance for process enhancements

• Provide coaching and mentoring to the tax team

Requirements:

• Professional designation like CPA or MBA

• At least 5 years of income tax experience

• Strong organization and negotiation abilities

• Completion of CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program preferred

• Flexible in handling changing deadlines
