Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly property financial reports and statements

• Process property budgets and recovery analyses

• Ensure accurate reporting of accounts receivable

Requirements:

• 1+ years in related accounting experience

• Strong skill set in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Proven ability to meet fast-paced deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration

• Bonus: CPA progress or ERP experience
