Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee expenditures for redevelopment projects

• Build business cases and support long-term capital planning

• Maintain accurate capital accounting records

• Ensure compliance with Ontario health guidelines

• Lead financial audits for capital valuations

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• CPA designation in good standing required

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance

• Familiarity with Ontario health indices and benchmarks

• Advanced analytical skills with financial systems
