Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of RCM Program

• Support Quality Assurance and Monitoring processes

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures

• Track compliance issues and coordinate resolutions

• Prepare compliance reports in English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 2 years experience in compliance or financial services

• Familiarity with Canadian regulatory frameworks

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
