Our financial institution seeks a Commercial Card Analyst with 3+ years of experience in customer service focused on financial operations. You will respond to inquiries, investigate payment issues, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining operational knowledge.
This role offers valuable exposure across various departments including Fraud and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Commercial Card Coordinator inquiries through phone and email
• Meet service level agreements for all coordinator interactions
• Handle the purging and redirecting of replacement cards
• Track requests across internal and external channels
• Update and own outstanding investigations with client engagement
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer service for financial operations
• Hands-on experience with TSYS systems preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for reporting
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• College/University degree is a plus
