Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer CIBC

Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Complaints, you will support the Canadian Retail Banking Compliance (CRBC) team. Your responsibilities involve developing compliance strategies, enhancing oversight of complaint handling processes, and managing regulatory risk assessments. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive compliance with emerging regulations and policies.

• Support execution of the complaints compliance program

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

• Identify and address regulatory compliance challenges

• Assist with inquiries and reviews from regulators

Requirements:
