Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with mortgage brokers to build loyalty

• Collect necessary documents to satisfy mortgage conditions

• Escalate documentation inaccuracies to the Underwriter

• Keep clear records within the underwriting systems

• Adhere to internal policies to meet AML requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience needed

• Experience in Financial Services is preferable

• Mortgage industry background an asset

• Excellent communication and time management skills required

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
