This pivotal role demands a minimum of five years of relevant experience, including expertise in transaction advisory services. You will assess financial reporting, identify risks, and conduct comprehensive analyses to guide clients through their transactions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality reports that support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess quality of financial reporting and management policies
• Identify key risks affecting investment and pricing
• Conduct financial analyses including cash flow sustainability
• Compile and present documentation for internal use
• Communicate regularly with clients to align objectives
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in transaction advisory
• Undergraduate/graduate degree with CPA required
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Effective communication skills at a business level
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
