Become the Corporate Controller at Tricon, overseeing comprehensive financial operations. Lead a skilled accounting team while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory standards.

As the Corporate Controller, you will lead the monthly reporting cycle and general ledger management while mentoring your team.

Your role is vital to creating systems that provide timely and accurate financial information, supporting Tricon's growth and efficiency. Engage across all levels to implement best-in-class accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all core accounting operations including close cycles

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Supervise financial reporting systems and internal controls

• Oversee annual audit processes and investor reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or similar

• 12-15 years of accounting and finance experience

• 5+ years in leadership roles in multi-entity settings

• Strong knowledge of the consolidation process

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
