Position: RBC Senior Analyst for Securities Operations
Take on the Senior Analyst role in Securities Lending Operations at RBC, located in Toronto. Contribute to both equity and fixed income trade analysis and transaction booking enhancements.

As a key part of the North American team, you will resolve escalated inquiries and help streamline operations. By identifying efficiencies and working closely with partners, you’ll influence the ongoing development of processes and maintain a high standard of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze trade bookings and support internal operations

• Field escalations related to cash and position reconciliations

• Conduct workplace testing for new enhancements

• Prepare reports for compliance with regulatory standards

• Cross-train with securities lending operations teams

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work under changing conditions

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Bilingual skills are advantageous
