You will collaborate closely with the Front Office to draft and verify confirmations, ensuring all legal provisions are met. In this position, your role involves critical analysis of confirmation reports and overseeing the accuracy of templates in line with market changes. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are fundamental as you mentor other team members while maintaining compliance with KYC policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Front Office on bespoke trade documentation

• Draft and compare confirmations with client documents

• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies thoroughly

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting obligations

• Maintain operational procedures for new product launches

Requirements:

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Relevant experience in Foreign Exchange or Commodities

• Ability to analyze and suggest solutions

• Knowledge of Derivatives and risk management concepts

• Familiarity with Murex or RIMMS systems
