As a key member of the Economic Development & Culture team, you will play an integral role in developing and monitoring annual budgets while providing strategic financial insights. Your responsibilities will include variance reporting, financial analysis, and project planning. The role emphasizes collaboration with program areas to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial control systems for budget monitoring

• Analyze division budget submissions for compliance

• Provide operational planning support to managers

• Prepare financial reports and performance analyses

• Liaise with external agencies about financial issues

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• Experience in budgeting within public sector environments

• Proficiency with financial software and data analysis
