Position: Compliance Officer for BMO Financial Group

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for planning and conducting second line of defense testing activities while collaborating with Compliance Senior Management. Key skills include expertise in compliance regulations, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute regulatory compliance testing activities

• Develop testing strategies in line with compliance standards

• Communicate compliance review findings to senior management

• Maintain adherence to established documentation standards

• Evaluate policies and internal controls for effectiveness

Requirements:

• 1+ years in compliance or operational risk management

• Bachelor’s degree; compliance certification is a plus

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities
