Position: Infrastructure Planning Manager Role
Step into the role of Planning Manager at Manulife, overseeing financial operations and infrastructure budget management. This hybrid role is based in either Waterloo, Toronto, or Boston.

You will provide essential oversight on financial analytics, advising teams on strategies to minimize variance and enhance financial predictability. Working alongside Finance, you will also contribute to key budgeting processes and the assessment of technology spend across departments. Your ability to analyze and communicate financial insights will be critical for team alignment and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analytics for financial performance evaluation

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes

• Develop assessments for projected spending

• Partner with HR on headcount planning

• Implement best practices for cost control

Requirements:

• 8+ years of industry experience mandatory

• 5+ years in Financial and Business Planning

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data tools

• Strong IT financial planning background

• Ability to drive change and influence teams

Lead financial transparency and drive efficiency at Manulife's Planning team.
